Guidelines for Authors

Papers should be submitted by one of the authors of the manuscript through this website. Papers length should be 4 to 14 pages.

Terms of Submission

Papers must be submitted on the understanding that they have not been published elsewhere and are not currently under consideration by another journal. Papers may be rejected by the editorial office if it is felt that the work was not carried out within an ethical framework. Plagiarism in any form constitutes a serious violation of the most basic principles of scholarship and cannot be tolerated. JoRaMS allows the author to hold the copyright without restriction.
Peer Review

All papers are subject to double blind peer review and are expected to meet standards of academic excellence. Submissions will be considered by an editor by peer-reviewers, whose identities will remain anonymous to the authors. All submitted manuscripts are sent to two anonymous reviewers who evaluate them for originality, validity, novelty, methodology, correct citation of relevant work, and the importance of content and conclusions. When reviews are completed, authors receive referee’s comments and a decision of acceptance, conditional acceptance with minor revisions, revision and resubmission due to the need for major revisions, or nonacceptance.

All articles published in JoRaMS will be distributed under the terms and conditions of the Creative Commons Attribution License(CC-BY). So anyone is allowed to copy, distribute, and transmit the article on condition that the original article and source is correctly cited.
Preparation of Manuscripts

Title: The title should accurately, clearly, and concisely reflect the emphasis and content of the paper. The title should be no more than 15 words in length.
Affiliations: This should include position, department, name of institution, full postal address and email address for each author.
Keywords: The maximum limit are 7 words or phrases. Keywords are important for online searching.
Abstract: The abstract should be comprehensive but concise consisting of no more than 250 words and should be structured to give a brief introduction to the study, main findings of the study, conclusions drawn from the study and their significance.
Experiment details: Information of materials and method should be described in order to be clear to the readers for understanding the data presentation in the paper. No supplemental section allowed, make all extra information a part of manuscript.
Results and discussion: The results section should provide details of all of the experiments that are required to support the conclusions of the paper. The discussion should be brief and comprehensive. Emphasis should be on the discussing the novelty of the studies and establishing a new hypothesis or model on the basis of the studies.
Conclusion: Summarize all important accomplishments achieved.
Acknowledgements: The authors should first acknowledge the source of funding for the research presented in their article followed by any personal credits.
References:A complete reference should contain the name(s) of the author(s) and/or editor(s), the title of the article, the name of the book or conference proceedings where appropriate, and bibliographic information about the article such as the name of the publisher, the city of publication, and the page numbers. Cite the references as Arabic numbers in one consecutive series by the order of appearance in the text, with the text citations presented as unparenthesized superscripts. Include the title of the article in the cited reference. The references must be verified by the authors against the original documents. All references should be cited within the text.
